How to Generate Product Descriptions from Images

A product photo can provide context about appearance, shape, and visible details. It cannot establish every specification. Materials, dimensions, capacity, certifications, and care instructions should come from product data.

Use images alongside facts

Start with a clear product photo and add the details you know. For a white ceramic mug, a photo might help describe the appearance; it does not establish capacity or dishwasher safety.

Ask the model to use supplied specifications and avoid guessing missing details. Review color and visible features too: lighting, reflections, and a poor crop can be misleading.

Try a small batch

1. Choose representative products with clear images.
2. Supply verified specifications and brand instructions.
3. Check the image-input options and credit estimate in the app.
4. Generate drafts and compare every factual claim with your product information.
5. Adjust the inputs or instructions before working on more products.
